How to Format CSV/XLSX for Bulk Respondent Import

To upload recall spreadsheets successfully, ensure your files adhere to standard FoodQuant column mapping specifications.

Required Column Headers

When uploading dietary recall sheets, include headers for:

Respondent ID (or ID, Name)

Food Description (e.g. cooked white rice)

Amount Consumed (in grams, milliliters, or household measures)

Sample Layout

Chunked Upload Mechanics

For files exceeding 5MB, FoodQuant utilizes safe chunked uploads in the background. Do not close the window until the green completion check appears.
