Why Use My Mix?

Many regional recipes or specific laboratory ingredients do not exist in the default USDA reference tables. Adding these custom items to My Mix ensures that our analytical calculators capture all micro and macronutrients accurately.

Handlers & Overrides

When you add a food to My Mix, it is available across all of your research projects. The matching engine automatically prioritizes matching raw text against items in My Mix before looking at global reference tables.
